ARTISTIC PRACTICE

It wasn't until I joined the ACE program that I started calling myself an artist. Now it is an integral part of who I am and how I teach.
This page lets me display and collect my work to be able to share it easily with others. It is organized chronologically.
My practice usually revolves around identity and the family, but occasionally you'll see sketches and other experimentation.
My heart belongs to ink and watercolour, but I will always try new things. I like playing with new media and trying my hand at more tactile things like encaustic painting, sculpture, and traditional film photography or cyanotypes.
